Using Email Templates in tickets.

When replying to a ticket you can use email templates for common responses to the customer. 
You can access email templates from button marked by the blue square below.




After clicking on the email templates button a list of common responses will be listed at the top for easy access.
Depending on the response you selection can vary. For this example we will use the 'Hi" template.



After click the Template and message will appear in the ticket reply window. ( This example uses the "Hi" template)




Over Time more templates can be added to increasing the variety of responses.
Note: All email templates use placeholders to auto populate ticket #s and names based on the ticket being edited.
