Setting up a View to show all tickets


By default all ticket views in Zoho only show the last 30 days.

To make sure that all tickets show please click the three dots horizontally to open up the filter menu.

Change setting Ticket received in to "All Days"



*Note the customer view Setup with your Name is set to only show tickets that are not closed.
